Pricing tiers, what each plan includes, how to upgrade or downgrade, how to manage billing details, and how to export all your data at any time.
Plans and pricing
Myncel has four plans. Annual billing saves roughly 20% compared to monthly. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial of the Growth-tier feature set, and you can cancel at any time. Workspaces and billing are managed exclusively from the web — the mobile app does not include any sign-up or upgrade flow.
- Starter — $49/month (or $39/month annual). Up to 25 machines, 10 users, 500 work orders/month. Includes core CMMS features (equipment, work orders, schedules, parts), rules-based alerts, mobile app, manual logging, and email support.
- Growth — $99/month (or $79/month annual). Up to 100 machines, 25 users, 2,000 work orders/month. Adds AI-powered predictive maintenance, SMS alerts, Slack/Teams integration, and approval workflows.
- Professional — $249/month (or $199/month annual). Up to 500 machines, 100 users, 10,000 work orders/month. Adds direct PLC/SCADA integration, PagerDuty/Opsgenie, phone support, white-label, SSO/SAML, custom report builder, custom roles, and API access.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing. Unlimited machines, users, and work orders. Dedicated success manager, on-premise option, custom SLA, SCIM provisioning, audit log retention to 7 years, and bespoke integrations.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of the Growth plan with no credit card required. At day 28 you will see in-app prompts to choose a plan; if you do nothing, the account drops to a free read-only mode at day 31 — your data is preserved indefinitely so you can come back any time. Reactivating restores full access within seconds.
Upgrading or downgrading
Plan changes happen in Settings → Billing → Change Plan (web only). Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated against your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
If you downgrade and your data exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g. you have 60 machines but downgrade to Starter's 25-machine limit), the system stays read-only on equipment beyond the limit until you remove some or upgrade again. No data is ever deleted automatically.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to free read-only. Reactivation restores everything within seconds. If you need a full account deletion (right-to-be-forgotten / GDPR), contact privacy@myncel.com.
Exporting your data
Your data is yours. Settings → Data → Export gives you a one-click full export as a ZIP containing every work order, equipment record, parts entry, schedule, attached document, and audit log entry — in CSV plus original-format files. Available on every plan, including the free read-only mode.
Why we do not sell on the mobile app
Myncel is a B2B product. Workspaces represent organizations, plans are sold to organizations, and individual technicians or operators do not pay personally. Because of this, all account-creation, plan-purchase, and billing flows live exclusively on the web at https://www.myncel.com. The iOS and Android apps are pure access tools for users whose employer has already provisioned them an account. No in-app purchases, no plan upgrades, no payment screens — just the work.
